"Believe that you are what you want to be."

It is your belief that produces the thoughts, feelings, actions and attractions that manifest in your physical world. Therefore, in order to manifest, all that is required is a shift in belief. This month, practice noticing your beliefs throughout each day, shifting beliefs that do not match your desires. See the world as only a solidification of belief.

Here's how to perform this Reality Hack:

1.  Notice when a limited belief arises into awareness—something that does not align with what you want to be and the life you want to manifest.

2.  Identify the belief you would like to shift into instead; for instance, "I am financially free."

3.  Imagine your old and new beliefs as two sides to the same coin. "Flip" the old belief into the new one, just like you would flip an imaginary coin.

4.  Take a moment to notice and dwell in the feeling of the new belief, and then move on with your day.

This process is intended to be fast—notice, identify and flip. If the old belief comes back up, do the process again. There is no right or wrong way to do this, the only thing that matters is that you enter the feeling of your new belief.

When working to shift beliefs, it's easy to get stuck in the details, wondering if you're doing it right, etc. This process helps in making the shift fast and efficient. All it takes is a millisecond!

A quick shift into a new belief, over and over until it feels natural, is all that is needed to radically transform your entire life. Stick with this process throughout the month and watch your life transform.
